Born in Brooklyn and raised in Rochester chef Nina Dillion’s culinary journey began humbly during the COVID-19 pandemic, working as a private chef for athletes and selling homemade pastries once a month out of her apartment. With classical French training from the Institute of Culinary Education and many years of fine dining and event experience across New York City, Nina honed her craft in some of the most demanding kitchens.
Now, after returning to Rochester, she’s embracing the bustling small-business scene, sharing her passion for culinary arts through enticing pastries and intimate private dining experiences.
Through her unique Sound Bites supper club, Nina offers guests a fusion of culinary artistry and musical inspiration, creating unforgettable moments with every bite. Whether delighting guests at her market stand or curating bespoke private chef experiences, Nina brings creativity, warmth, and a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions to every dish she creates.

With a background in Athletics, Meal Prep and Menu Planning, Chef Nina has curated a select curriculum for her wide array of clients, from fellow chefs to athletes, who have received personalized meal plans, grocery lists and even prep lessons to maximize efficiency in the kitchen.
